Battlestar Galactica Season Finale

SPOILER ALERT!!
Now if you’re into Battlestar Galactica , I bet you are feeling the same way I am right about now.
You have to admit to the fact that the season finale show was freggin’ awesome though!
I think we finally got to see four of the final five Cylons, and I wasn’t expecting it to be Tigh, Samuel Anders, and The Chief. I had a feeling something was up with the Presidents aid. She gave off that clue a few shows ago in the bar.
I’m curious who the 5th Cylon is. Could it be Gaius Baltar maybe? I’m trying to remember who else was hearing that funky music. Does anybody else out there have any clues? Can anybody else out there remember any other person that also kept hearing that funky music?
Who knows, maybe this is all a ruse to throw us off till next season. Maybe the music was somehow implanted in the four people we saw while they were back on that planet. It’s hard to tell from the way this show keeps throwing you for a loop.
I don’t know about you, but I sure the hell can’t wait for season four. Maybe if I’m lucky, the UK will air it early and I can download the episodes, because I’ll be damned if I’m going to wait all season for it to start back up gain.
This sucks! I hate this time of year when all my favorite shows go on their breaks.

t recall seeing a part during the sign up that stated it was just a trial. There might have been and I was just not paying attention, was half asleep, or I was shit faced drunk. Thanks for the compliment. The theme is sorta growing on me also. I think I’ll keep it.
I may have to change the credits a bit because I’ve had to make a lot of changes with the original.

Hey, I just got done watching the final two episodes. They were awesome. The two twists in the last 20 minutes of the last episode were worth more than all the other episodes combine. Even my son was shocked.

I agree. Last show what worth it.
I bet it;s not what we all think. I bet they’ll throw us off our logic and the four aren’t cylons.
If they are, I’m beating my head wondering who teh fifth is.

Well, I don’t think they’re the same kind of cylons. The Col. would have been a sleeper for more than 30 years. Anyway, the 5th could have been his wife Ellen (who may be resurrected on a base star), it could be Admiral Adama like one of the cylons said in previous episode before being put out an airlock, or it could be the President since she had the same vision as two other cylons. It doesn’t matter, the writers are going to mess with us for months.

I think the fifth cylon is StarBuck. How else would she still be alive (and have been to Earth) if her ship exploded? Resurrection ship baby!

Sean, that was my first thought at first. But then I got to thinking about the original series when something like this happened before.
If you watched the old series, you may recall when Starbuck died before. I think the new series is leading up to this same story.
The God like people saved Starbuck in this mystical type world, showed him earth (now her in new series *Ouch that operation musta’ hurt*) and then brought Starbuck back to the real world. That’s when the uniforms started being white colored.
It was a long time ago and I can just barely remember the episodes, but I think this is what’s going to happen. These God Like people will take up a couple of episodes and then they’ll be gone.
But this is just my opinion, and you’re entitled to it.

Interesting! I haven’t seen the old series. I thought this version of Galactica was a “reboot” though – ya know, same universe, some of the same characters, but a completely different story. If they just copy what happened in the old series then that takes all the fun out of it!

There are similarities, like the Ship and fighters, names, and their quest to get to earth and such. But it is different from the old series in many more ways though.
I can’t see Starbuck being a Cyclone, so that’s the only theory I can think of.
It would be kinda cheap of them to copy a story from the old series though, so I have to agree with you on that one.

Well, Ron and Katee kept saying “Starbuck as we know her is gone.”
Then there’s the fact that we saw her fighter blow up.
I suspect that the Kara we saw talking to Apollo was in fact a “Head Kara,” much like Baltar’s Head Six, and Six’s Head Baltar. Also, that would be a Head Viper, but that’s not important.
So, if that’s true, based on what we know of Head characters, there’s a Cylon involved somewhere, meaning that either Kara or Lee is a Cylon.
It’s also possible that Lee is simply imagining it and someone else is the Cylon.
My guess? Bob Dylan is the fifth Cylon.
