Bridge Jumper

Yesterday I watched the Police and Fire Department try and talk a Female Jumper from jumping off the bridge that is outside my workplace window.
She hung on for about an hour before they talked her out of it. She was apparently from the Homeless shelter in town, but I’m not certain that info is true.
All they would have to have said to me was, “That waters Still Freezing Cold You Know?”
Thankfully she’s safe and getting help. I can’t imagine what it would have to take for somebody to hit rock bottom like that.
I’m so glad to hear that they were able to talk her down. Depression is such a debilitating condition in life, and I’m so glad that we have better resources these days to help people deal with it.
actually the bottom of the river is more muddy than rocky, so even if she did jump she wouldn’t have hit rock bottom
OH! Thataaaat’s juust naaaasssty.
How about there are five cases of Keiths if you dont’t jump?
Ok, enough of the Keiths jokes (you make it too easy at times.)
I hope she gets the help she needs.
