Here I am, bills piling up, no food in the cupboards. If it wasn't for Mom helping out right now, I don't know what I'd do.
Well, things just got even worse! EI Office called, and it's nice of them to have waited so fucken long to call me to tell me that they might deny my EI Claim.
It seems that FUCKEN HELL HOLE SEST PIT FUCKEN NUCOMM is telling them bullshit!
Seems their 'Without Cause' reason for letting me go on the actual ROE doesn't mean shit. The Lady from EI was talking to them and they gave her a fucked up story that's lacking a lot of important information.
Basically, it like saying you fell down, but that doesn't sound that bad right? But the fact you fell down from a four story building would. They're leaving out the details that make the story more understandable.
Well that's what some fucktard at Nucomm is doing!
They're just saying they let me go because my attendance was bad. They fail to mention that most of the attendance is from the health issues caused by the work environment causing me to miss time, which is documented by my Doctor and allows me to remove myself from work.
So now I have to go to my Doctor, and get her to write a note for the EI Office where she has mentioned to me on several occasions that I need to leave the job. But that appointment isn't till January 5th 2007!!!!!
I NEED IT RIGHT NOW!!!!
I'm broke, and going on 2 month past due on my rent and utilities.
So chances are, that this site will disappear in the next two or so weeks because my ISP, cable, and cell phone will be disconnected for past due payments.
But wait! There's More !!!
I've also been told that somebody that had an interview also on Tuesday already received their call letting them know they have the job. I have yet to receive this call. I may get the e-mail saying "Sorry, please try again" instead if my luck plays out like it has so far.

Not much to say when you’re not the one at your wit’s end — just don’t let the frigging government screw you — you and I pay that EI lady’s wages through many many taxes not your those low-life people at your ex-company!

Larry, wit’s end is an understatement. I actually think I know what it’s like to hit rock bottom now.
You can’t just not let the Government screw you, because they’ll do that regardless. And I think that Pat at the EI Office is going to listen to Nuconns bullshit story over my factual one, even though I’ve paid their wages for over 20 freggin’ years.
I’ll have their decision reopen as soon as I get to my Doctor, but unfortunately, that’s not going to be till next year. Jan, 5th. It’s a long way away when you’re looking at a lot of bills piling up and food levels dropping, and you’re constantly begging from your folks for help.
I hate having to ask Mom for help. She works hard enough as it is let along having to help my sorry ass.

Don’t wait till Jan 5th to start the ball rolling. Start it now. Go to EI on-line and look for the link. Appealling claim.
Were talking goverment. It will take them to 5th to proses you. and by then you’ll have your defence.

Your UI is a given. You fight you win. It’s not there job not to be your friend. They want you to walk away. I know 2 people that collect UI because they were drunk’s. And Said that and got UI. Being a drunk is concidered a diseases.
Just know that you’ll get everything from day you were canned.

Here is what you should do.
Get your facts straight before you make yourself out to be an asshole.
You have absolutely no information or idea what went on at that hell hole. You’re opinion is not supported by any facts at all. This must be information you discovered from the bottom of a bottle because it makes no sense.
An employer is supposed to care about an employees health conditions. It’s their responsibility to because the Office of Human Rights says they have to.
Remove myself from it???!!! What the hell do you think the missed time is all about you idiot!?
Oh that’s right, you don’t know the facts of the situation, so that brings me back to my first point.

With your extensive telcom background you could be hired by either Bellsouth (lot’s of money but a pain-in-the-arse-job) or Charter Communications (ten dollars less per hour) but no Big Bro watching you)!

Butch, hat would be a nice thing to do. But, I’m not ready for a big move like that. Nice idea though, and is something that may be an option in the future, who knows?
