Canada Post Sucks!

Seriously! I should have had UPS ship my parcels!
I ordered a couple of things online over three weeks ago and I’m still waiting for them. If I had used UPS I would’ve had them here in a week. I know this to be true because I’ve had something delivered from the same area and it was here in a week. Actually in under a week.
I had my things shipped on the 13th of March and the Tracking site said it would be delivered on the 26th of March, it is now the 27th. I’m looking at the tracking info, and it says my parcels were processed at the postal facility in Mississauga, Ontario on the 18th and never reached Montreal, Quebec until the 26th. WTF? They’re practically next door to each other!
So it is now the 27th, a day after the projected delivery time and still no parcels. If I judge it correctly according to the time it took the parcels to go from Ontario to Montreal, I should see them by the end of next month.
From this day onward, if there is an option NOT to choose Canada Post, I will use it even if it is a couple of extra bucks more, it’ll be worth it.

That is awful. I wish we could get them to account for all that time between places that are so close to eachother. That happens in the U.S. too. More often than it should.
teeni, they would probably blame it on something like Holidays, or acts of nature, but in reality, it’s the group coffee breaks.
That was international parcels for sure. Missisauga is the customs. Canada post can’t control when it’s gonna get out of the customs.
UPS sucks so much. They end up with hidden brokerage fees that you need to pay when the package is at your door.
Keep up with canada post, you will never have bad surprise like I did with ups.
