Office 2007
I don’t know what it is, but it seems that when ever I am someplace that uses Office 2007 or similar, people always come to me for help.
It’s usually very simple things. Simple things like, “Hey John. Do you know anything about Office? Can you show me how to make a table?”
They always ask me things like, how do I indent, change font size, color, or the font face. The list goes on and on.
I don’t have a problem showing them, because I always look for the old classic tool tips and menu options when I go to show them. Plus I use a lot of shortcut keys to access features in the program. Shortcut keys a lot of regular computer users use everyday in programs that require you t o use both mouse and keyboard at the same time.
One place I worked even had the people that had to use the programs all the time go for training. The company paid for a group of people to go and get trained.
This price is way cheaper than you spent on training first of all and the program software wont hog a lot of precious hard drive space either!
It’s simple to install as is most software these days and you don’t need a technician to do that for you.
Sorry Office instructors, but this will probably put you all out of work, because it is a lot easier to work with the classic menus in my opinion, and your entitled to it.
If you haven’t already seen X-Men Origins: Wolverine and are a fan of Marvel or not, I suggest you see this one. It will help clear up a lot of questions on how he became to be and just how he ended up with the others mutants at that school from the other movies. It will also explain why he didn’t remember his past from those other movies too.
Wolverine lives a mutant life, seeks revenge against Victor Creed (who will later become Sabertooth) for the death of his girlfriend, and ultimately ends up going through the mutant Weapon X program. via IMDb
There is a lot of answers answered in this film, things that I have questioned when I saw the first few X-Men Movies have become answered. I’m sure you’ll get a lot of answers too if you are not a comic book fan and just saw the movies as I did.
The action isn’t thick as you would expect, but the story line completes the movie without it becoming to boring. But there is still a lot of good action to be seen, and it’s well balanced with the story. So action seekers and and plot seekers will enjoy this one too.
This is a definite start to another trilogy of the X-Men series. This one was about Wolverine, there is a shit load of other Marvel heroes that we need to see just how they became to be who they are now. So expect more like this to hit the big screens soon.
Now I’m not a Comic Book fan, I’m a fan of the movie trilogy. So I can say that in my opinion that the story on how Wolverine became to be was very entertaining, but as far as the die hard comic book guys out there, I can’t vouch for theirs as far as accuracy is.
Just watch it, you’ll be glad you did. Go see it or rent/buy it, it’s actually a very entertaining movie.
This is just my opinion, and you’re entitled to it.

I think I’m just like everybody else when it come to eating goodies like cupcakes and muffins. they’re so yummy. But when it comes to making them for yourself, you don’t find it as enjoyable. Some people might like baking, but a lot of people like myself just don’t have the time.
Well thanks to Dr. Oetker for creating these easy bakes recipes that require little or no preparation at all. Simply add milk or water, shake and bake.
For the health nuts, the mixes contain 0 trans fat, a source of fibre, and Prebiotics, so they’re also healthy for you.
I wouldn’t have the time to put stuff like this together, so this is just perfect for me. All I would have to do is add milk, shake, and bake to get my share of some yummy muffins.
What caught my eye was the Pancake mix. I enjoy pancakes for breakfast, but having to mix all that stuff up and clean up all the messy bowels is what put me off from actually making them. Yea, you guessed it. I’m pretty lazy when I get up out of bed. But these would be great to have in the morning.
You should take a click on over to Dr. Oetker web site because there is also a contest going on there also. You can enter to win a $1200 Visa Card for your next family fun weekend or 1 of 10 Dr. Oetker Shaker fun packs!
So go on over there and get in on the contest and check out the neat Shakers.
This is just my opinion, and you’re entitled to it.

While I am on the topic of web hosting and since I am actually in the process of finding a better host for one of my clients, I should show off a site that I use to help make my decisions on what host I should go with, for a particular need of a website. I went to a host that I previously had in the past and it just so happens they are still in the top ten web hosts on their list. The web hosts are rated from everything from best platform to actual user rating.
Web Hosting Geeks has a very helpful site to help make that decision as to who you should go to when choosing web hosting.
They have every option you can imagine when it comes to web hosting. They cover every platform, type of site to be hosted, either it be a business web site or not. If you don’t know where to start, they can even help you out with that with their very own Geek Blog.
Now even though the Client I am actually in the process of moving is a business type site, but it isn’t a site that needs to use a lot of resources because of it’s simplicity, so setting it up on a dedicated server wouldn’t have been a wise way to spend their money. If it was something that required a lot of security and dealt with a lot of user interactions, then yea, it would have made sense.
For the tree huggers out there that want to set up hosting, but feel that all the resources and energy aren’t helping the earth then they will find a complete listing of green hosting available to users that like the idea of using a service that uses alternative energy, plants trees, recycles waste, uses renewable energy and purchase RECs to power their data centers.
Every web site has it’s very own particular needs, but whatever the needs are, you are sure to find exactly what you’re looking for because this web site covers every base when it comes to finding the right web host for your web site needs.
But as you all know by now, this is just my opinion, and you’re entitled to it.

Top Hosting Center has used up all their excuses and have bitten into their last bullet. My client has had enough and put their foot down and demand that I move their site to another Hosting Provider.
They are a Business and depend on web site up-time and e-mail services in order to operate their business. And over the past few months there has always been an issue causing downtime.
The latest is that their e-mail server is in the spam directory and neither I nor my client can send or receive e-mails outside of our own domains. In other words, if I send out an email it will not get to whoever I send it t o, and if one of the forwarded address is trying to forward an e-mail to our ISP’s main e-mail address, it gets blocked.
Since they are trying to operate a business, e-mail communication is essential, and it has come to the point that the whole site be moved from their services. Which I can’t really blame them at all for doing so.
In my case, I’m on THC’s Rudolf plan and if it wasn’t for the fact that I’m just simply running a blog and a gallery and that I don’t have to pay anything for the rest of my life, I probably would be leaving also. But since I don’t have to worry about renewing every year since it’s Priced for life, I’ll be sticking with them and putting up with the inconvenience. Plus, I have to give them a thumbs up for speed, and the fact they can handle my website and not suspend it every time it gets busy with high traffic. I guess the term, “You get what you pay for.” surly comes into play here.
So if you’re looking for cheap hosting and aren’t running a business, I would recommend Top Hosting Center simply because their Rudolf plan is great for bloggers and the speed is also sweet.
So I went ahead and took a walk over to my Clients office and signed them up with Host Monster. I’ve was with them in the past and never had any issues like the ones we’ve experienced with THC. At least I know that my client shouldn’t have any e-mail issues or downtime. However, I say that with tongue in cheek because my experience with these guys was that my web site was too busy with traffic and I got that annoying CPU Usage ERROR message all the time. My site was continuously being suspended and I was furious when it would happen all the time. I’m talking several times a day. So I moved to THC because the price was right and there was no CPU Error.
If you’re not running a site that’s going to be using excessive SQL access then Host Monster is a good reliable hosting company. They’ve been around for a long time and they seem to know what they are doing most of the time. And since my client is using basic HTML and little PHP, there shouldn’t be an issue with CPU Usage Errors.
But this is not the end of all this crap. Usually the migration of domains takes up to 24 hours, but THC is going to take their time releasing it and causing a delay that is going to take till May 3rd. WTF?? I’m not impressed at all because they migrated my domains TO their Registrar withing 24 hours, but they’re going to take their sweet time giving my clients back.
Well, this didn’t go over well with my client. They cannot go without their e-mail, so apparently he got to talking to one of his friends that runs Red Cow Marketing and Technologies and they offered t o help out. That’s pretty kewel huh?!
My client explained what was going on and they offered to help out so my client told them to call me to get whatever info they need to help get the damn e-mail working and business can get one with the day. My client put a few plugs in for me too, that’s was nice of him. He knows that I have been trying to get a full time job working in web design but cant seem to get my foot in any doors.
I’m also sort of embarrassed that the only site I have to show off now is just the restaurant one and that was rushed and put up in under a month. Graphics, design, and everything by one person and very little time to do it. But when you think about the time it took to make it, it’s actually not that bad at all really. I just wish I had more time.
And on that topic, I wish I had my good PC up and running so I can get back on the horse and get back into my Photoshopping and web designing. Because this sucks not being able to work on anything. I hope I can pull all the files from that crashed Hard Drive that have all my design templates in them.
While I was on the website I noticed there is an opening for a Junior Web Developer. Guess what I’ll be doing here shortly? I’m all over that like flies on stink!! I hope my client put in some really good words for me, because I’m putting his name in my references. LOL
Seriously though, I need to get into this line of work soon, because if I don’t, I’m going to fall behind and I’ll be out of the loop with the way web designing is going thee days. I know I probably could learn a lot more, but at least if I’m doing the job, I am more likely to catch on to the stuff I might be lacking in.
So there you have it folks. My opinion that you are entitled to as far as two web hosting services go, and a shameless plug to get my foot in a door.

There have been some major issues with my current web site hosting company and it has ended up with me having to find a new spot to have one of my clients web sites to be moved to a new host.
Easier said than done.
I have been designing web sites and getting these sites web hosting for so long and I have yet to find a good and reliable web hosting company that is true to their word.
There are so many Web Hosting Guides out there and they all claim to be the best. But this particular guide not only lists their top pics, but also provides their Reviews.
Check em out. But this is just my opinion, and you’re entitled to it.

I am always agreeing with the age old saying that says, “You get what you pay for.” But sometimes that statement can go overboard when it comes to name brands such as clothing or personal apparel.
When it comes to fashion and the new in style, people will pay just about anything to fit in or have the latest new Brand Name Jeans. It doesn’t just stop at the jeans either, Lucky Brand boasts some of the top of the line items such as Jewelery to eye wear.
I actually find the jeans to very amusing too with the ‘Lucky You’ words on the inside of the fly that gets displayed to whoever is lucky enough to be opening it up. Which so happens to be the reason the brand became so populat back in 1990.
