I don’t know if you’ve seen this on YouTube yet but I thought it was hilarious. I wonder how many takes Wil did without laughing?
Before you start writing hat comments, this is what the folks that made the video had to say.
Before you leave mean comments, just know that our friend Ponce (the Cop) is an awesome and talented young dude who loves performing and making light of his Down syndrome. He’s a smart and funny guy, and has complete awareness of his actions and decisions. And we all have a great time shooting “Retarded Policeman!”

Sorry for taking so long to get this stuff up, it just ended up taking a bit more time to edit the video. I didn’t realize I took that much video. Even after editing it and converting it to FLV it was still a huge 25MB file.
I was constantly switching my camera from video mode to still picture mode. Before I went there I had manually set my camera up for taking the night pictures using settings in the manual for taking pictures of fireworks. I should have noted the part about needing a tripod. Every picture had the shutter open for a long time and every movement I made caused streaks.
I didn’t end up deleting them because they actually still looked pretty kewel. Not the best firework pictures, but they still looked neat enough to keep.
I’ve uploaded them to my Flickr Pro account to share.
I was all set and thought I had the best seat in the house on the waterfront. Well that was until this loudmouth 400LB bitch and her followers decided to park their fat asses right beside me. If I needed a play-by-play commentary with special effects for every firework that went off then these would be the idiots to go to. I tried to edit their voices out so you wouldn’t have to listen to her bicker and complain the whole time and then talk bullshit about the show. I felt like saying something like, “Then go take your fat ass home then.” But I just bit my tongue. Might I also suggest there be a ban on ridiculously mega-fat people wearing spandex tops and spandex pants!
Aside from the annoying group of misfits beside me, the show wasn’t all that bad. I just wish I had the proper set up on my camera for the stills. I’ll see if I can do better August 4th on New Brunswick Day.

I had some spare time on my hands and farted around with the new web cam’s software. I also had some house cleaning to do and thought, “Why not include that also?”
This is what happened when you have time on your hands I guess. Plus a few cold beer too.

That’s German for ‘Die Bloom Dust! Die!’ but You and I would say, “Die Pollen! Die!”
Well that’s pretty much what I was saying last Sunday when we had our first heavy rain storm. It came and went in about 20 minutes or so and the skies cleared up as if nothing had happened. All I was happy about was that it washed away most of all that dry pollen laying around on the ground. So now my eyes aren’t itching out of my head as much these days.
This video really doesn’t capture what I was seeing off in the horizon, or capture the actual rain drops going horizontal, but it shows enough, and I thought I would share it with you all. The sirens near the end were probably somebody not slowing down because of the heavy rainfall and ran into something.
There was some damaged trees from the blowing winds as Mr. Corey reported in his ‘Quick and Dirty‘ post. I imaging this is just the beginning of the storms we’ll have in the next few weeks as the humidity gets higher and higher. Hopefully I can catch some at work because I have an awesome view out the windows that look across pretty much the entire river valley.

Not all commercials end up getting fast forwarded when I’m watching a TV Show that I recorded on my PVR. Some usually catch my eye, like an upcoming movie that I want to see or a funny commercial that makes me laugh.
This is something that I think advertisers have to focus on these days. If they want to keep my attention, then make your advertisement entertaining. Chevrolet Europe is doing just that with their Transformers themed ad campaign. Check it out, it’s actually pretty funny.
That keeps your attention doesn’t it? Boy, wouldn’t that be annoying having your car do that every time you want to just take a trip down the road in your car to go pick up a few cold ones?
YIKES! That thing would just freak me out. I would be worried when it went to do a back spin and getting in the way of it’s feet and getting whacked and thrown into a wall.
Commercials like this should be more focused on in my opinion. That is if I were an advertising agency and wanted my work to be seen and not just fast forwarded all the time.
But this is just my opinion, and you’re entitled to it.
I don’t know if you know, but I’m a Canadian that can’t wait for spring. I am the one who looks forward to the good Looking ladies ( and yes all the ladies that read this post are good looking as always, otherwise they wouldn’t be attracted to such a handsome guy.) shedding off their outer layers and sporting them new fashions of summer wear.
I took a bit of time and took a walk to the park on a nice sunny day. I threw this together too.
