What a gruling day at work todo too. The day just draged on and on. I hear the words,” I just got my bill and…..” so many fucken times a day, I’m getting ready to hear somebody say, “Hi I’de like to purchase a cell phone, can you help?” I mean honestly, the company I work with has all these places on the bills that say, order your high speed internet, or get your wireless phone now! Somebody has to see this stuff on their bill while they’re reviewing the damn thing!:sad: I’m getting tired of hearing the petty issues that come into out center all day long. Half the time it’s over thirty cents or something. Do me a favore all you people that feel the need to call in about your phone bill. Review the thing 3-4 times before you call me, REALLY. You’ll figure it out on your own. And if your calling in over 10 fucken cents, don’t bitch to me about having to be on hold for 5 minutes before speaking to anybody. You’re the idiot that’s on hold for 5 minutes over 10 cents. 10 cents isn’t that big of a deal to me and I wouldn’t waste my time on it if I had the charge. And just one more thing, if you have trouble with the automated operator that’s there to help you get to the right departement, hand the phone to somebody that has completed grade 6 in school, they’re more apt to LISTEN to the options instead of just bashing the first number they hear. Sheesh some people just make me sick.:evil:
