This is really odd that I find this service that is available just after I posted the previous post about me hating my current job and wanting to take a college course but unable to because of the crappy hours! Maybe it’s a sign?

I’ve often thought about taking an online course in something but have never really found anybody that teaches anything that a person could use in real life. Elearning is a perfect alternative for me from actually having to try and attend a night class at the local community college while working a full time job at the same time.

I mentioned that I have to stop gunning for a web designer job because I’ve fallen behind in the way web designing is done nowadays. And then I found the perfect way for me to get back into the game. Learn.com has a Programming and Web Design course that I can take at my own leisure. And one topic at a time in whatever order I want!

I figure if I’m going to try to get training using Elearning, why would I want to pay for something that I already know? But with Learn.com you can choose the subject you need to learn! How – Awesome – Is – That!?

If you go and check out the Elearning web site, you’ll also see just how affordable the courses are too.

I can sure use some of that PHP, AJAX, MySQL,  and Java training. If I could just bone up on those and get a job in Web Programming I would eventually take everything on that entire page!

I’m bookmarking this web site so I can investigate it more for when I get back from work, I’ll take advantage of the free courses that they are offering to see how their training guides are. Time is running short and I have to get ready for the hell hole job.

This is just my opinion and you’re entitled to it, but it’s worth checking out.
