Flushed Away

Yup, another animated movie that I couldn't pass up!
Flushed Away , is one of the most original animated movies I've seen an awhile.
Aside from it looking like Wallace and Gromit or Chicken Run type of stop animation, this takes the same look and recreates it with CGI and makes the characters come alive.
There are a lot of scenes that'll make you laugh, and go, "Oh my god, there they are again!". (You'll get that when you watch it.)
The movie keeps you entertained throughout, and doesn't have a boring moment at all.
The Slugs are hilarious, and in my opinion are the reasons why there are no boring moments. Seems they would pop up at anytime any other movie would have a yawner moment. (Again, you'll know what I mean when you see this movie.)
There are a few big names doing the voices for these characters too. Just to name a couple, we have Hugh Jackman as Rodd, Kate Winslet as Rita, LOTR Ian McKellen as the Toad, and Jean Reno as Le Frog.
Roddy is a decidedly upper-crust "society mouse" who lives the life of a beloved pet in a posh Kensington flat. When a sewer rat named Sid comes spewing out of the sink and decides he's hit the jackpot, Roddy schemes to rid himself of the pest by luring him into the "whirlpool." Sid may be an ignorant slob, but he's no fool, so it is Roddy who winds up being flushed away into the bustling sewer world of Ratropolis. There Roddy meets Rita, an enterprising scavenger who works the sewers in her faithful boat, the Jammy Dodger. Roddy immediately wants out, or rather, up; Rita wants to be paid for her trouble; and, speaking of trouble, the villainous Toad–who royally despises all rodents equally, making no distinction between mice and rats–wants them iced … literally. The Toad dispatches his two hapless hench-rats, Spike and Whitey, to get the job done. When they fail, the Toad has no choice but to send to France for his cousin–that dreaded mercenary, Le Frog.
I've have a clip that I think you'll enjoy:
Ahhh, the classic, groin gag. It makes me laugh every time.
This would make for a great Family Night Out if you're looking for something to take them out to. If you like these type of animated movies, then you'll enjoy this one too.
I'm recommending that you see this flick!
This is my opinion, and you're entitled to it.
