Holy Crap I’m Sore now.
I took the doors off my fridge to flip them around because they open up on the left and from the side that against a wall so you have to back away as you open the fridge. You can’t just open and reach in to grab something and it’s a real pain in the ass.
Well I got the doors off, switched the hardware to the other side. Took the inside door shelves off the doors (about 2 million screws holding it on) and flipped them upside down (Otherwise they would be upside down) and I re-attached the doors.
They didn’t close properly. Everything was fine, but they didn’t seal all the way around and I could see the light still on because the door was a bit off kilter.
Shit! I thought I would FINALLY have a fridge that would open normally on the right and wouldn’t have to do a dance maneuver every time I needed to get into the fridge.
Took it all apart again and put it back to it’s old shitty crappy way. Would have been easier to just turn the whole entire fridge upside down!!!!! My back in killing me and my hands are sore from crewing all them screws and bolts in as fast as I could because my food was thawing out in the freezer.
It would have been great if it wasn’t off kilter and the seal was actually sealed!!!
I need one that opens up on the Right Side!
On a lighter note, if I have to replace the rubber magnet thing I’ll know how to do it now! HA!
