Got The Time?

Thursday Aug 2, 2007

I have this gold-brass wall clock that has hands that pretty much the same color as the face, and I find myself squinting to read the time. The clock looks nice and all, but it’s main function isn’t the greatest, swinging pendulum or not.

As you know me, online shopping time right? To lazy to go out and look for wall clocks. So Off To Online Window Shopping Time! Yay!

That’s when I came across this site with Wall clocks, grandfather clocks and more. If you need a clock of any kind this is the place to find one, that is for sure. They have every kind of clock you can think of. They even have them huge outdoor ones you would see on street corners.

The one I have my eyes on is the Seth Thomas Guinness Clock. Unfortunately for me it’s sold out and so are the other Guinness Clocks. So I’ll have to keep checking back to see if they will get any more in stock, or I’ll just e-mail them to see if they will get any more in the near future.

I like the Seth Thomas Clock because if you haven’t already realized by now, I like my beer! They don’t have any Keiths clocks so since I also like Guinness, the clock will do, plus it looks kewel.

It seems that I’m not the only one looking for a Guinness Clock either, since all the Guinness clocks are out.

Here’s another interesting tidbit I read on Atomic Clocks from their blog post. Interesting to know that the change in Daylight Savings Time caused a bit of a problem for the Atomic Clock manufactures. Pretty neat way to keep accurate time though.

Well, I’ve got more online window shopping to do before I have to head of t o work. Yay!
