Am going to France and Italy in the fall and the Italy part of the trip will be via rental car — I’m determined to make sure there is a GPS on board as I suck at reading English maps/signs never mind maps/signs that will be in Italian

Larry, that would be a smart Idea. I would prefer a GPS also even if I could understand the maps. It;s more kewel.
