Saturday, April 14, 2007 2:02 | 143 viewsAround the days of Glory. The days when Rebel meant staying up past 12am, sneaking out to get drunk, or laid. The time you thought everything your parents said was bullshit. The time you got yourself in a band, and thought it was the best band in the world.
Well I have a time in a recording I’ve acquired. It’s an OLD recording! A recording that was done with a make shift recording/home made studio. We lacked a REAL drummer at the time and used the build in drum system that was pre-programed into one of the keyboards being used.
I did a remake on my audio page for you to listen to, which was done 2 years ago. Just never thought to put to MP3 format. It’s a Techno version of this one actually.
The following audio tidbit was also hard to get. I did a recording of this old cassette had of a few Band Recording of us rehearsing and trying to sound like a rock band. The only thing we lacked at the time was a real Drummer.
Please listen to this with an open ear. Honestly! We’ve come a LONG way from this and split in out different directions! But I just want the dreamers out there know, that we all start off a little rocky at one point.

lol…I’m sitting here listening to your music, and I glance over to the left, and there’s an ad that says “Are You Gay?” from a site called TheGayQuiz.com/gay. Maybe google ads thought your song sounded gay.

I’ve seen a trend in the ads on the site, and they’re all funny! Its either the “Fart Button”, “Are you gay?”, or an ad for a geriatric home. Interesting mix.

No. Google doesn’t think my song is Gay.
It’s actually Google’s new algorithm that they use to detect the users browsing history.
It searches your browsers history and displays ads according to your preference.

Gawd that reminded me of all those recordings I did back in college, only I was playing all the instruments, and using the built in programmed drum synth on my keyboard. And I was mostly playing guitar. And I don’t sing so good. I still want to be a rock star…
Nah, this was way better than my old ones.
