I Wen’t On A Shopping Spree!

This shopping spree was just supposed to be for a couple of things and then when I got to Hell-Mart I think my balls went up inside me and I turned into a crazy chick on a shopping craze!
What was supposed to be a trip for a pair of Denim Jeans and a couple of T-Shirts, turned out to be a $135 shopping spree.
I saw two pairs of Cargo Shorts that I wanted, then some Jeans, and finally a few T-Shirts.
So in the end I ended up with Black Denim Jeans, Dark and Light Blue Denim Jeans, Two pair of cargo shorts, the kind that go just past your knees (The only ones I like), and three T-Shirts (Pink Floyd, Miami Ink, and The Rolling Stones).
Doesn’t seem like a whole lot for $135 does it?
But that’s not all. I forked over an additional $40 to Mom for driving me there and back. (I really need to get another car)
UPDATE: I suppose I should mention the reason for the new clothes. You see I’ve been working a job that required me to wear a uniform, and the hours were terrible making it so that I was either at work or at home sleeping. Wearing casual clothing wasn’t something that I did a whole lot. But with this awesome new job, no uniform is needed. It’s casual and comfortable.
That’s how I spent my afternoon after work. How about you?
It doesn’t take long to spend that kind of money these days. But hey - you gotta get new clothes every so often.
teeni, I just updated the post as you commented. The reason for the new cloths. But you’re right, it didn’t take long. Especially when I’m the type of guy who hates doing this sort of thing and wants to get in and out in under 5 seconds.
OH, and before Dragon Lady, Opal, Skye, Scamp, or teeni ask. No, I’m not going to fashion these things for ya. Sorry.

Didn’t know about the $40 charge till AFTER the running around was done. LOL. You know how my Mom is Uhh Yeah.

You are but an amateur in the fine art of shopping — balls or no balls.
I have shopped with the best — my friend Faye who will buy 4 pair of shoes at a time and still not break a sweat until she’s bought four handbags to match.
Usually, that’s just the first purchase of the day for a true shopper like her.
BTW you’re a good son to pay your Mom for schlepping you around — but tell me you didn’t let her pick out any of the new duds, did you?
Mac you got like 8 things for 135 bucks? You think that’s too much? That’s great. Now the downside… wal-mart clothes, cheap crap. But I’m sure you’ll look cute anyway.

The stuff I got from Hell-Mart aren’t that bad as far as quality goes.
