I haven’t been online over the weekend because I had my Nephew over and when he’s here he pretty much takes over the place. So I never actually get a chance to use my own computer while he’s here.
This weekend he was insistent that I bring him to the parks wadding pool. He started this at around 7am when it was just 12°C out. I told him that unless it reaches 20°C or higher, we won’t be going.
So he kept checking my desktop weather widget every half hour or so informing me of the temperature.
As soon as it hit 20°C, he let me know!
This is him leaving after spending about 40 minutes in the water;
He says he’s not cold, but he wasn’t slow changing out of the wet cloths when we got back home. LOL
I would have taken video and pictures while we were there, but surprisingly enough, there were a lot of people there, despite the chilly weather. It would have look weird IMO me taking pictures…. maybe sometime when the weather is better and there aren’t so many people around. I just wanted to show the wadding pool area that I’m talking about.
But anyway. Now that he has returned home I’m back online again. Not surprised to see my e-mail box full of spam since my boxbe account got shut off for some reason. What’s with all the penis enlargement spam these days? What if I were a chick and not a dood? Got a few things to catch up on since I was unable to go near my computer all weekend. Hopefully I can get caught up.
You might have been over there near the same time that Abby was there with her friend next door. What’s with the email spam? Don’t you have Yahoo’s spam filter on? You can always do what I do and read/write your email from Gmail and have it from/to my domain. Works like a charm.
Maybe some weekend when the weather is nice and my Nephew as over again, we can meet there and have the kids play in the water.
You can play in the water too if you want, but I’ll stay on the dry side.
The spam is getting cunning lately. Yahoo doesn’t seem to recognize them as spam. My Boxbe e-mail forwarder is crapping out a lot lately too, so I think I may be ditching the current boxbe e-mail address and change it to another one.
What? You were away? Oops! I didn’t notice. I mean, oh so THAT’s what happened to you! We really MISSED you! heehee
Your nephew is cute. I hope he had fun with his crazy uncle.

He did have fun. It was actually funny watching him try to swim in the wadding pool. It was about up to his hips deep.
