Job Interview Was A Hit!

I didn’t want to jinx this or anything so I kept it all hush-hush up until now.
Yesterday I had a job interview and it went perfect in my opinion. Perfect because they called me this morning to tell me that I got the job!
The job will be working in a kitchen still, but it will be a lot more laid back than my current one. It will have regular hours, it will be five days a week with weekends and holidays off. It pays more! It will allow me to have a life. It is Unionized and has good benefits but no dental unfortunately.
It is a job that will require me to work with clients with special needs, which sounds like a rewarding job on its own.
SCAMP tells me that there are a lot of extras that come with it also that show you just how much your appreciated by the employer. Especially around x-mas time.
So, I’ll be going in to the hell hole shortly so I can get there early to drop the bomb that they really don’t want to hear. I’ll be giving them my two weeks notice.
So this was something I was keeping to myself over the past couple of weeks because I didn’t want to jinx it at all. It is a job that I really think will be my niche for a long time.

Anyway congrats I see this job working out for you. Unlike the Dip that I predicted you would be shitting on within a week..I think your going to enjoy going to work and with the regalur hours and normal sleeping habits you wont be sick all the time. Oh an TGIF will mean something again

I gave my notice last night and they weren’t very happy.

You are welcome John. My magic was done and now it is just up to you to keep it going. I might have helped in getting you the job but it will be all up to you if you keep it. I really believe that you will enjoy it and it will make you feel better as a person when all is said and done. I know for myself at least this is why I do what I do. Helping others help themselves is very rewarding.

Uhh Yeah, SCAMP has nothing to worry about.
But the thing is you see, is that I was the one being sanitary and clean regarding handling and preparing food there. When I’m gone, that won’t be the case. Eat there if you must, but do it at your own risk.
