PC911 Logo I have noticed that in the last few days, my internet connection has been sluggish. I tried to call the tech support but got tired of waiting on hold.

To my surprise, it wasn’t the speed of the internet. After I completed a Internet Speed Test and did a little tinkering with the tools available through PC911, I was able to find the source of the slow connection problems.

For a bit there I was starting to think the internet might be broken. LOL

I should have taken a screen shot of the before test but it never occurred to me, but I did take one of the final test. I know I’m supposed to turn off all the other applications while running the test, but even with a few torrents running in the background, it tests pretty good compared to what it was before using the tools on PC911, IMO.
