Now That's A Spicy Spaghetti!

I Bet ya’ this looks good Huh?

Spaghetti Dinner

I was going to post this yesterday, but after having a full plate of this stuff, I ended up passing out and didn’t have the time to post it afterward. LOL

I got the idea to have some Spaghetti after cooking a crap load at work. The stuff I made there smelled so good that I had the craving for dinner when I got home.

When I got home, I went next door to the supermarket and bought the ingredients for my dinner.

  • About 1Lb of lean Ground Beef
  • Whole Mushrooms
  • Pieces and stems Mushrooms
  • Spicy Spaghetti Seasoning
  • 100% Italian Parmesan
  • Authentic Louisiana Hot Sauce
  • Classico Di Parma: Four Cheese Pasta Sauce
  • (already had salt, pepper, and Garlic Powder)

Spaghetti Dinner

I cooked the beef and added the Spicy Spaghetti Seasoning, both style of mushrooms, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and the Four Cheese sauce and let it simmer for about 30 minutes.

Once the noodles were cooked I lay a bed of them on my plate, added a generous amount of sauce on top, followed by a generous amount of Parmesan, and then shook the shit out of the bottle of Hot Suce on top of the Parmesan.

I poured a nice cold glass of Pepsi and sat down to chow down. It was so good, it only took a couple of minutes to completely inhale the entire dish.

Mmmmmmmm, that was GOOOOD!

John, this looks so good. Since I am a vegetarian, I will replace the hamburger with Yves Veggie Ground Italian. I will also add olives. I crave olives (black or green) in my sauce.

Oh and I almost forgot. I now eat the Multi grain or the whole wheat pasta. It tastes great if not better than the white and so much more healthier.

@Edna – You should hook up with teeni and Opal. They’re vegans too. Opal posts some really yummy recipes too.

This cost me about $28 for about 4-5 meals worth.

Oh, Mac! How soon you forget. I’m not a vegan, just a vaguetarian! LOL. But your meal does look like it was delicious and now I’m craving spaghetti. Thanks a LOT!

    @teeni – Vegan – vegetarian, potatoe – potato, whatever. I don’t get the difference. wasnt-me

Ummm, that does look yummy, though I could do without the whole mushrooms, and the hot sauce. big grin

Oh with mushrooms, just not whole. I’d have to slice them up. But the hot sauce is for fried chicken. winking

LOL. That’s not really how I define it. But hell, why not? I never said I was a vegetarian. But the way I define it is that I eat mostly vegetarian meals but I will eat meat maybe twice a month so I guess I could say I was 80% vegetarian or something but Vaguetarian sounds better. I’m vaguely a vegetarian. See?

@teeni – It’s confusing. I’ll just stick to eating cooked flesh. Yummie!
@DragonLady – I also like my hot sauce on my eggs. Yummie!

@MacBros – As you may have noticed, I didn’t go. But, it would have been a long walk, as I was 540km away on the Annapolis Valley (Nova Scotia, for the far away crowd). We went to the lake and listened to the thunder roll across what we call a mountain there.
