One Time Charge For Hosting???

I have just 55 days left before the Hosing to this site expires. I have been reviewing a lot of other peoples opinions on various hosting providers and the one I had my eyes on was the one that Corey mentioned until I saw this sponsored opportunity for Rudolf web hosting that will charge just a one time only charge of just $95 USD.

I have to ask their support about CPU Usage because just as I was writing this post and was going to add the little cartoon deer in the post I got the following;
THIS is why I dislike Hostmonster, if it weren’t for this stupid CPU usage Error, I would stay put, but as of late, I have been getting it way too often. They say it’s bad scripting, but when I go check the CPU Exceeded error logs, all I see is GIF images and other tiny things that don’t have any scripting to them. They are to proud to admit that it’s because I get high traffic and their shared plan can’t handle it. So that is why I’m jumping ship.
So after I look into this Rudolf web hosting and hopefully it pans out and I get in on this special promotion before it ends I’ll be moving the site, which they say they will take care of. That is, the domain, I don’t think they will transfer the files for me. OH THAT WOULD BE SWEET THOUGH!

I’ll add to this about the CPU usage thing when I get the chance, right now I have to get ready for work.
UPDATE: They do have system resources restrictions, but customer support, who was VERY fast in their reply through Live Chat, said that they WILL NOT suspend the account for CPU usage, they will send an e-mail describing the problem to have you fix it. I’m sold on the idea!

Mig, I got some really good support with the Online chat support.
Unfortunately there was no name just ‘Customer Support’ but they told me about the system resources and that if I happen to go over the CPU limit I’ll be contacted about it if it gets really bad, but you won’t suspend my account, unlike Hostmonster. That’s a big deal to me.
As as support goes, your comment is proof enough that you reach out to your customers. Who else does that huh?
I hope I can get in on that special. I noticed you take PayPal, so I just need to see if I have the funds available. I’ll probably be signing up when I get off work at 4am my time.
