Respect Costs Nothing
Tuesday, March 24, 2009 11:39 | 732 viewsMy cousin Pam sent this to me on my Facebook site and I am just seeing it now. Not sure how long it’s been sitting in there, but it sure gets the message across.
Warning, this video can be disturbing to some viewers, it contains graphic images so viewer discretion is advised.
Kind of makes all my Hard Drive, DVD ROM, PS3, and other electronics malfunction seem minuscule in comparison to these poor peoples situations doesn’t it?
It’s amazing just how much we are pampered by the media from the real images and video of the real chaos and violence that is taking place over there. If it weren’t for videos like this a lot of us would still be thinking that these soldiers are just driving around in tanks and jeeps waving Hello to all the locals as if it were easy for them there. This video is a real eye opener and gives you a small taste of what they are seeing and going through every day.
I really wish that whatever the problem over there is, would get resolved so these people can get back to their families and get on with their normal lives.
Respect costs nothing.

@teeni – I had trouble getting the image of that person shooting that other person on the ground in the head out my mind.
Very disturbing.
And to think that the soldiers over there see a lot of that going on all the time.
It’s no wonder a lot come home with mental problems.
