Canadian Blogger Tina Silva is looking for a little link love to her site and I am more than happy to give some to a fellow Canadian.

Tina Silva’s Blog is an active site and is actually quite nice looking. I like her theme. Speaking of themes she also has free wordpress themes to share. Check out the Freedom-Green theme, I kinda’ like that one.

Tina actually has another blog called Luv-Duv.com and you can follow along with her diet as she documents her success.
