I’m cleaning up WP to get a clean start and get rid of all the edits to the code that are no longer being used.
Ever since upgrading to WP 2.0.6 If had nothing but problems.
I was hoping that this would solve my Trackback problem, but it still seems that my Trackbacks are still not even being sent. They just sit there in the trackback field you type them into.
Hopefully WP support will have a solution.
I’ve even checked firewall settings and there is nothing blocking the ports being used.
Grrr!
UPDATE: Trackbacks are now working…. YAY!
Now lets see if I get through to Dian and Mel. (crossing fingers)

I always have to send my trackbacks to Sam via Haloscan’s trackback tool. I would use Wizbang’s, but I lost the link and have a Haloscan account.
Shit, I wasn’t don’t with that comment and hit submit anyway. LOL So anyway, I think there is something between WP and MT that won’t allow the trackback to travel from WP to MT without a third party. One of these days, I will set up a Moveable Type test blog and test that theory…
I hhhhhhate upgrading WP. Such a pain in the ass.

JJ, Upgrading is easy, it’s when things stop working that’s the problem.
