With all the buzz about the economy going to hell in a handbag and companies closing down or getting bailed out of debt, I’m questioning if it is also having an effect on the Google AdSense service also?
Normally I will average about $2-3 per day with AdSense revenue, sometimes on a really good day I’ll get around $5, but that only happens on really good days. But lately, I’ve been seeing a lot of days with averages below a dollar.
I’m still generating the same traffic volume and the clicks are about the same as they always have been. Are the advertisers feeling the pinch, or are they just getting cheap? Is Google AdSense getting fewer and fewer advertisers causing the lower payouts? What’s going on?
Am I the only one that is using AdSense that has noticed this downward trend? Or are there others that are experiencing the same thing?
I know that2 or 3 bucks a day isn’t a lot of money, but it does add up and that $100 in the pocket every other month sure comes in handy. Every dollar counts for me, especially with the financial crap I’m going through at the moment.
I have also noticed the Blank spaces showing up more when there are no ads relevant to the page at a particular moment when entering the web site. Maybe there really is a shortage of ads to display. Who really knows?
All I can say is that I sure hope things pick up again soon, and more ads show up so people can click on the ones that interest them. I know them free downloads or online games catch my eye. My Nephew keeps playing them ones too. Besides, who can pass up a FREE game right?
Well that’s all I want to say about that I guess. So get the AdSense Revenue generating again, MacBros needs a new pair of shoes!

Latest Atheist Ads
If that title had you raising your eyebrow, then you’ll be amongst thousands once these ads that read, “There’s Probably No God. Now Stop Worrying And Enjoy Your Life.” turn up all over Toronto’s transit buses.
I am curious as to what the local bible bashers are going to do in response to these ads. I’m pretty sure they’ll have something to say, that’s for sure. They always do. Just like the time Alice Cooper was coming to play here for a concert (Awesome concert BTW) the bible bashers claimed that Alice Cooper was a satanic artist and was the Devil. LOL That just wanted me to go to the show even more.
Atheist, humanists and agnostics should have the same opportunities to voice their opinions as people of faith, without discrimination, Erasmus said.
There are a lot of misconceptions about what it means to be an atheist, he added.
“For some reason, we’re labeled as devil worshipers and all sorts of nasty stuff,” he said.
Yes they should have the right. Just as other faiths are allowed, they should be treated no differently. But we all know how that will turn out don’t we. If the past dealings with anything like this hasn’t shown just how intolerant we are to such things, we know what will happen. There will be a big protest, people getting angry over the words. And the ads will eventually have to come down.
“So often you see (atheists) portrayed as kind of gloomy and angry. We really wanted to counter that stereotype,” said Kish.
The other goal, said Kish, is opening a dialogue with religious groups.
“I think discussion is really important and that’s what I’m hoping will happen from this campaign.
It’s because we’re all brought up that way. If something is faux pau then we need to kill it. It’s actually sad though. Even though a lot of people would want to agree, they don’t, simply because they’re to worried about standing out and being pinpointed and ridiculed.
After reading this article, I couldn’t help but think and wonder about a question that keeps popping up in the back of my mind. That question is, “Isn’t this how wars begin?”
This is just my opinion on the subject, and you’re entitled to it.

Just about a week ago now me ROGERS YAHOO! E-mail has started to display ads as seen below in the following image.
Rogers Yahoo Mail - Click yo embiggin'
I’m a paying customer, not a user that’s using their free service. To me this is basically spam to me. If I open up my paid e-mail account and I’m being subjected to advertisements, to me this is basically spam.
They have a link in the sidebar explaining about the advertisements, and it read, “Recently, Rogers and Yahoo! jointly introduced advertising content to the Rogers Yahoo! Mail service.”
So basically, they’re saying, there’s nothing you could have done or said to convince us not to flash advertisements in your (the paying customer) face. So screw you! Bwa-ha-ha-ha-ha-haaaa!
The worst part is when you’re trying to focus on reading an important e-mail (I try to focus, it makes it look like I can actually read) you have these flashy ads blinking and moving in the corner of your eye, distracting your from the real content you’re actually interested in. Like them ads selling pills to make your pecker bigger.
I get enough crap in my e-mail I try to ignore, and now I have to put up with this bullshit??
I went as far as telling them just how I feel about this, in a sorta nice way. Also asking them to implement a way to permanently turn them off. It has now been about 5 days since I sent that message.
I think it’s time to break open the Mozilla e-mail client. So Fuck You ROGERS YAHOO! E-mail!

OK, I need to share this with other WordPress users out there that are monetizing their websites with AdSense.
Over the past few years, I’ve been lucky to see a maximum of approximately $1 a day from AdSense. That is if I’m lucky, but most of the time it was below a buck. So basically it took several months to reach the minimum payout of $100.
Well things have drastically changed since I’ve installed a new plug-in called WhyDoWork Adsense Plugin.
I have went from making a few cents a day to a few dollars. Here’s the proof!
One Day's Results of Awesome Plug-in
WhyDoWork Adsense is a WordPress plugin that allows you to insert Adsense ads on your blog without modifying the template. More then that, you can set it up to show different Adsense ads for articles older then X days (x is the number of days you decide).
For example, you can insert a 468×60 ad at the bottom of a new article, and once that article turns 7 days old it will have a more aggressive 336×280 ad blended with the text from the beginning of that article.
I’m not entirely sure what I am and am not allowed to show in these AdSense Reports, but if I’m violating anything, please, let me know if you know.
I am so pissed off that I didn’t find this plug-in a long time ago! If the current stats keep up, I’ll be coining some serious cash in no time as the current daily income rises.
The setup is very simple. All you do is add all the AdSense codes into each code number in the setup page and then alter the settings according to your preference. I have a static AdSense ad in my right sidebar so that one is permanent because the plug-in doesn’t do sidebars. So I’m allowed to play with two extra ads since AdSense only allows 3 ads per page.
Here’s my setup.
I have 4 codes to display in different situations.
I really needed to share this great find. I would hate for this plug-in to go unknown when so much cash can be made with AdSense! I will be making a donation with some of my earnings to the Author when it comes time to get my payout. They deserve it, as you should too, if you use it, to keep this plug-in updated.
So if ya wanna make some good money with AdSense, then you better grab the WhyDoWork Adsense Plugin.
How many of you have wasted several hours, if not at least half your day watching all those Super Bowl ads on the internet if you actually missed them while the game was on TV? As my previous post on the talking E-Trades Baby post, these things just seem to get better and better every single year.
One of the most popular ones it seems is the one with Justin Timberlake.
I had a good laugh at that one. I especially like the ending when the HDTV whacks him in the head. LOL, I know, That’s harsh, but seriously though, it was funny. Just because I’m not really a big fan of your favorite JT song doesn’t mean he’s all that bad really. He talented, but his style of music just doesn’t fit my tastes.
If it interests you at all, then all the JT Fans might like to get some Justin Timberlake Ringtones for their cell phones which are being snatched up like wildfire over at Playphone.com. There are a few other features on that site that might interest the cell phone users that like to hear their favorite artists play when somebody calls them.
I’m going to see if I can snatch up a few of them Super Bowl ads that have some better quality on them and post theme here when I get the chance. There are so many to snoop through, it’s kind of hard to choose what ones I want to show off.
What are you favorite ads that you have seen so far?

So you are sitting in your car, or at home, listening to the radio and between each song or news broadcast there’s a short commercial break. Maybe an ad for Taco Bell, or some HBO movie coming to theaters near you or coming available on DVD. The DVD movie coming out soon catches your ear and you make a mental note to go out and rent or buy it on the release date. Good thing you heard that commercial right?
Well there’s going to be something very similar starting February 1st, 2008. Right now you can sign up to the service to get in on this newest way to turn %100 of your traffic into revenue. That’s right, %100 of your traffic, and all you have to do is place a bit of code into the pages you would like the audio ads to play from. You’re visitors won’t have to click on anything or leave your page. They will hear just 5 seconds of audio and that is it. Each visitor will hear the audio ad only once too.
I don’t think that a five second audio ad is all that intrusive, do you? I mean if it helps to pay the bloggers bills, what can it hurt. Some extra cash is always good in my opinion, which you are entitled to by the way.
By signing up to the affiliate service you too can refer users to sign up and this is how the compensation structure breaks down;
25% of what the advertiser spends on Pay Per Play ads you serve on your own website(s).
5% of what the advertiser spends on Pay Per Play ads played on the website(s) of those you refer.
5% of what the advertiser spends on Pay Per Play ads played on the website(s) that your direct referrals bring on board.
The advertiser has paid to have a 5 second audio ad played on your website. You are paid just for the ad playing, no clicks or action from the website visitor is necessary.
Net Voice Ads are not losing money, they actually make more because the ad is triggered on 100% of the website’s traffic. In essence the website owner is then paid for 100% of their traffic.
The ads are contextually related to your post or site, so if the post is about Monster Trucks, you won’t hear an ad for the Opera. There are over 66,000 advertisers already lining up to get their audio ads playing.
If you’re interested in learning more then go to my introduction page and you will find all the info you need. The FAQ is especially helpful there too. It will clear any doubts you might be having by presenting you with the facts on how this will work.
The affiliate service may not be available after February 1st, so if you want to earn that extra %10+ through your referrals, then sign up today for your Audio Ads Affiliate Membership.
I can’t wait until February 1st to see just how this takes off! That’s when you’ll start hearing the ads on this site too.
