Start Trek XI
I believe that the next Star Trek movie to come out in August of 2009 will be the best of all the Star Trek movies combined.
Why do I believe this to be true you may ask? Well, if you don’t want to take my word for it, why don’t you head on over to the Star Trek Movie web site and take a look at the trailer for yourself?
I heard that Zachary Quinto (Sylar) from Heroes was going to be Spock but didn’t believe it until I saw it for my own eyes. It’s amazing how much he really actually looks like the original Spock too.
There are some other of my favorite actors that have some lead roles too like Simon Pegg as Scotty, and even Leonard Nimoy has a part too.
I did hear a rumor that Matt Damon was going to play the role of Kirk, but Chris Pine seems to be playing that role instead. THANK GOD! Not that I know who this Chris guy is, but can’t be any worse than Matt.
I for one can’t wait to see this new Star Trek Movie. The trailer alone is eye candy enough and like a drug that you want more of. The cast seems to be a good choice in my opinion, to which you are entitled to, and to be introduced to new faces instead of the regular Original Cast, and the TNG cast we’ve had to put up with.
A chronicle of the early days of James T. Kirk and his fellow USS Enterprise crew members.
J.J. Abrams has put out some pretty good stuff. He has produced some of my most favorite shows and movies like LOST, Fringe, and Cloverfield. I’m hoping he pulls it off with the newest Star Trek Movie, but judging by the two trailers on the web site, I believe it will be a bad ass movie.

Babylon A.D. wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be. Despite what others have said about this movie being boring, I actually thought it was entertaining and the action kept me watching.
Mind you there are parts that will make you roll your eyes and say things like, “Oh jeepers. Now how the hell? That was ridiculous.” But In my opinion, if you take movies to serious, you’re missing out on the fantasy aspect of them.
Veteran-turned-mercenary Thoorop takes the high-risk job of escorting a woman from Russia to America. Little does he know that she is host to an organism that a cult wants to harvest in order to produce a genetically modified Messiah.
There is a lot of James Bond type of action scenes in this movie, and the stunts are just way to crazy. It’s amazing nobody was killed on the set while making this film. Vin Diesel puts on his usual tough guy act, but what would you expect from him anyway? Playing a nice touchy guy or something?
Weather you like Vin Diesel or not, this is actually a pretty enjoyable movie. This is an action film that should be checked out if your into action themed type movies. I thought that it was pretty good and recommend that you watch it if you get the chance. Would make for a good DVD purchase.

I know that there are a lot of X-Files fans out there that were not particularly impressed with ‘The X-Files: I Want To Believe‘ movie, and I can now understand why.
The movie had nothing to do with aliens as we have all become familiar with from the TV Series and the previous x-files movie, which made it something that fans of the show angry.
Was it a bad movie? No. It wasn’t. It was actually a good movie, and you still get the Mulder and Scully one liners that have you chuckling under your breath.
David Duchovny and Gillian Anderson bring the characters Fox Mulder and Dana Scully back to life, almost as if they never left the roll at all. I must say that Miss Anderson is still a babe!
Mulder and Scully are called back to duty by the FBI when a former priest claims to be receiving psychic visions pertaining to a kidnapped agent.
I’m not sure why they went the route of a psychic instead of the traditional Aliens theme, but you have to give them credit because they pulled it off anyway. I would have preferred the Alien theme though, but I suppose there were a few episodes where they had a psychic in it.
If you go to see this movie, I would recommend that you go not thinking it’s going to be an alien themed movie. Keep an open mind and give it a chance because it’s actually pretty good. The story really draws you in. So keep the alien idea out of your mind so you don’t loose out on the storyline while your waiting for some alien content.

I have to give the writers and directors, and pretty much everybody who has taken the Batman franchise and turned it over to a darker side. The earlier movies were actually to comic book like and were, in my opinion, terrible.
The Dark Knight movie is even better than Batman Begins. Even though it too was an alright movie, the newest one is even better.
Batman, Gordon and Harvey Dent are forced to deal with the chaos unleashed by an anarchist mastermind known only as the Joker, as it drives each of them to their limits.
Heath Ledger portrays The Joker very well. The character exhibits the body actions you would be familiar with from the old TV shows. The prankster if you will. It’s to bad Ledger passed away before he had a chance to see how great this movie turned out to be. He was one of my favorite actors in movies too. Sad.
Christian Bale pulls off the Batman role very well also. Although I really don’t care much for his other works, I think this role better suits him, pardon the pun.
If you’re into action packed movies, and very cool plots and story lines, then this is a must see movie for you. I have to say that I really enjoyed this movie and I’m glad I gave Batman another try. So far I’ve been impressed for a second time with The Dark Knight.

I never actually thought it would be possible to laugh as much as I did while I was watching You Don’t Mess With The Zohan.
Adam Sandler who plays Zohan Dvir is hilarious in this movie. You can sure tell he wrote this movie, it has his name all over it.
An Israeli Special Forces Soldier fakes his death so he can re-emerge in New York City as a hair stylist.
The things that go on in this movie will either have you laughing so hard you’ll bust a gut, or you’ll shake your head at disbelief at what you just saw, and THEN laugh so hard you’ll end up busting a gut. If you don’t laugh at this, then you obviously take things in life a bit to serious, and need to lighten up. I can’t see that really happening, because even the hardest of shells on a person will be penetrated and will have you laughing.
That clip is just a tiny sample of the craziness that you’ll be subjected to. It just goes on and on and the wacky comedy bits just comes out one right after another.
There is just one thing that bothered me about the movie, and that is the way Adam Sandler tries to talk like an Israeli but the accent he does seems to drift into a French accent a lot.
Even if you’re not a complete Adam Sandler fan, chances are you’ll still get a kick out of this movie. I would recommend you get a copy of this whenever you get the chance. This is a title that you won’t want to miss.

With a lot of time on your hands, you too can produce such entertaining stuff. What you will see here in this video is the audio track from The Dark Knight, and the video from Toy Story 2.
Kinda makes you wanna see that version of Toy Story 2 now doesn’t it?!
I wonder what it would be like to switch the audio and video around so it’s the opposite of this one. Having the video from The Dark Knight and the audio from Toy Story 2? LOL

Wow. This has got to be one of the most boring Sundays that I have experienced in a long time. All I did today was fart around on the Internet, watch a movie, do the dishes, and lay around watching TV and stuff.
If you are subscribed to my Feed, you’ll notice that I added Google AdSense to the RSS Feed now. It’s a new feature AdSense has added to their system. Hopefully it would collect some good coinage, as I could really use it right about now.
I was going to watch Barnyard 2, but it’s getting a bit late. Yes, Barnyard 2! I didn’t know it was out either. I just finished watching The Mutant Chronicles. An interesting movie to say the least. Maybe there will be a review later.
Well that’s all I got to say. Time to go lay around again. Doing nothing. Waiting for Monday to strike.
