Things Are Gonna Change

It pretty much what has been going through my head these past few weeks.
Being stuck in this dead end job and being stuck with no money to buy a new replacement Hard Drive for my good computer.
Well, something has come up that will allow me to change the situation that I’m in.
Lets just say that somebody did me a solid and I’ll be able to do something that will allow me to get back on track. I’ll post about that later, but right now I have to get ready for that dead end crappy hell hole of a job. I have an odd shift today at 1pm till 9pm. So my day and evening are gone.
Customers can be such assholes.
I’ll have to go in and listen to people bitch and complain about their shitty services. Sometimes I’ll have to endure some colorful language too. People can be such assholes. Bitch and complain and swear at me for their stupidity. Losers!
And I also am able to get back to work on my side projects too.
Check this out for example. Since the Diplomat has moved it’s web site to a new host, I now have the old place as my testing grounds for designing web sites, and scripting.
Take a peek at the new web site design that I was working on before the Hard Drive crashed on me. It’s actually got a admin interface for the Office to edit the pricing of their dishes instead of them having to call me to go in and edit it. Hat tip to John Raul.
So things might finally be looking up for me again. It’s all up to me to get my shit together and start impressing some media companies. Show them that I am good at what I do and they would be a fool not to hire me. 
Well, I have to go now. The current hell hole job awaits.

Good for you! Things aren’t quite so crappy in the 9th level of Dante’s Inferno (aka my work) the last few days. There is talk that our current contract will not be renewed for the final year and we will be moved under the new “fixed site” contract. So everything will likely change again come August.

@DragonLady – I’ll be a busy body here soon too. I probably wont have anything for a month or so. But at least I will have something to show off.

Cool. I think it’s time I did some work on my site. And since I managed to get a copy of Adobe CS4 Web Premium, I can do all kinds of stuff if I get myself motivated. LOL

@DragonLady – Yea, I think I might remove OtherMac’s CS3 and add my Adobe CS4 Master Collection instead. There’s a shitload of extras as far as scripting for Flash.
