Wednesday, May 31, 2006 22:29 | 126 viewsMan! There are some really sick people out there that have some really serious mental problems when it comes to trying to get some. So sickening that they’ll resort to louring underage children into meeting and engaging into sexual activities.
What sickens me more is THIS! A Pedophile’s sentence too harsh???? I read this while at work and nearly spit coffee all over my computer screen when I read it.
In a 2-1 ruling on Tuesday, the court ruled the man’s crimes were not among the worst sexual assaults ever committed, and agreed to reduce his sentence from 15 years to nine.
“There was no violence, such as gagging, threatening or hitting the child,” Judge Lise Côté wrote.
Ok, there was no violence….WTF!!!?? I may be wrong, but isn’t seducing a child into sex a violent act in itself?
When the court reduced that sentence on Tuesday, Côté cited the man’s young age and the fact that he has only one other criminal conviction (for sexually assaulting another child when he was 17).
Oh lets lower his sentence, this is only his second time that he sexually assaulted a little kid….WTF!!!??
Côté should be fired and replaced with somebody that know what the fuck they’re doing.
But that’s not the end of this strange topic. I was looking for something to watch on TV when I got home and found out that Dateline NBC is doing a ‘To Catch a Predator‘ segment that was catching these assholes getting little kids to invite them to their home to meet and have sex. But little do they know that they’re on camera when they arrive at the supposed home of the kid they were chatting with on line. Chris Hansen will walk out from behind a door after the sickos have a chance to convict themselves on National Television. They’ll sit there after realizing they’ve been caught in their sick ideas that they did a bad thing and boo-hoo away.
The best part is that Chris Hansen doesn’t let them know there are people outside waiting for him to leave.
When the dumb-asses leave they get busted by the cops.
This is yet another good reason for parents to always stick their noses into the history of their kids Internet activity, and also to constantly watch what they’re doing and always have the computer in a high traffic area.

As for pedophiles, there’s not much to add; you said it very well. I agree with you whole-heartedly about parents taking more of an active roll with their children’s computer usage. Kids have no clue. A couple months ago, my 13 year old niece gave me a link to her xenga site. She had her full name listed there, and the last name we share is so unusual that it would be no problem tracking her down, especially since she named her school and even where she was gonna be going that day. You better believe I straightened her a$$ out.

Yea, a lot of kids out there have them drag and drop websites that are very easy for them to design. One of my friends little brother asked me to take a look at his site and he too had a lot of personal information that I suggested he remove.
Some kids just don’t know any better and it’s exactly that, that preditors prey on.
