Website Massive Mailing!
Tuesday, June 30, 2009 14:34 | 149 viewsI kept trying to explain to them that wasn’t my issue, and it was the website that was unable to send mail, because the ’sendmail’ on the server was FUBAR.
I swear they hire any regular Joe off the street and call them tech support, tech experience or not.
Well, finally after a dozen or so tickets, somebody’s burnt out light bulb above their head went back on and they forwarded my ticket to a higher level.
FINALLY! They got the send mail working again…..
So now I’m getting all the comment notifications that were made from as far back as June 21st.
So if you’ve made several comments, and I replied to them all. Chances are that you are getting all of them at once too. Sorry 
I wish I had a direct line to the upper level support tier. It seems that I have to submit tickets till I’m either blue in the face or so frustrated that I flame them with frustration and want to jump through the computer and strangle the living shit out of them till they submit into forwarding my issue to the higher support tier that know what the fuck their doing.
I could go on about the other issues I have with them, but that’s an entirely new post.
I have to go to work now.

Ya know, they always start your ticket with the bottom-dwellers. Then it moves up in levels until someone can fix it. When Diane used to have so many issues with her various hosting companies, she always called them, and she would start with something like this, “I already know and have tried everything you’re going to tell me. Connect me with someone who knows everything.” It usually got fast results.
