Why I hate Mowing Lawns

There is one thing I really like about living in an apartment, and that is because I don’t have to mow any lawns. I watched the Superintendent mowing the lawn the other day on his ride on mower when it broke down. He was not a happy camper to say the least. The grass grew longer while he waited for lawn mower parts to arrive or get installed I guess.
The reason why I hate mowing lawns is because when I was a lot younger I used to mow lawns for some extra cash, I liked the cash and it was fun, but after a few weeks, it became a job and was cutting into my fun time with my friends and then I developed allergies which eventually made mowing lawns history for me.
It would have been nice to have one of these Grass Bags when I was mowing lawns though, it would have cut down on the raking part a lot, and I bet that the Superintendent would probably want one now too, since the grass is a foot high and when he mows it he’s going to have huge clumps of grass all over that he’ll have to rake up to avoid burning the lawn.
So that is why I hate mowing lawns, well, OK, I’m lazy too. 
I must be strange because I love mowing our lawn! There’s just something about the smell of fresh cut grass on my bare feet!
Of course we have an empty lot beside us, so I just bag the lawn cuttings and dump them over the fence! hehe
The owners came to check on their property a couple weeks ago - I saw them standing and staring at the BIG piles of rotting grass. I closed the blinds and hid in the house! ha!
Now that IS funny Kai!
The neighbors should be happy to receive all that free compost!
