X-Men: The Last Stand

X-men‘s third installment of a good series gone to shit. I am very disappointed in this movie. It was completely boring. The director was so focused of panning and zooming into scenes that he must have forgot about the actual content of the movie.
What a complete waste of time.
The X-Men, mutant heroes sworn to defend a world that hates and fears them, are back! This time, with the help of new recruits The Beast and Angel, they must face evolution itself in the form of their former teammate, Jean Grey. Possessed with the cosmic power of the Dark Phoenix, the resurrected Jean Grey has become a danger to herself, her mutant comrades, and the entire planet. To stave off this imminent threat to humanity, a potential cure is discovered and processed to treat — and ultimately eliminate — genetic mutations, once and for all. Now, as the battle lines are drawn, the X-Men, led by Professor Charles Xavier, must contend with both Jean Grey’s world-consuming powers, as well as the malevolent Brotherhood, a band of powerful mutants organized under Xavier’s former ally, Magneto.
I was surprised to find out that Kelsey Grammer was the actor that played Dr. Hank McCoy/Beast. It doesn’t look anything like him at all.
This wasn’t a very good movie at all so I wouldn’t recommend going to the movies to see it, you’ll be wasting your time and money. This isn’t even good for a rental either, I may watch it if it comes on the Movie Channel or something, but I won’t go out of my way to see it again. Once was more than enough.
That’s my opinion and you’re entitled to it.

I would have to agree that this was not only a tremendous waste of time, but also a real blight on what was developing into one of the great superhero movie franchises of all time .. Brett the Rat is just a hack

Yea, I agree Keith. You would think after the first two good movies the third would be as good or better. Not true in this case.

I didn’t see the second one yet, so I am not rushing to see this one. I’ll go with your review.
