Reminds me of the time my site was down for days, a guy with a VERY strong accent told me to go to this website and I said pardon because I didn’t understand him and he shouted, “oh my god, ipchicken, the food you eat, my god”

Hope you’re feeling better, OBL. Sorry I haven’t been around much. Work is crazy, and by the time I get home, my attention span for computer stuff is just about nil. I still go through the motions, though, of pulling up pages. Don’t necessarily read them…just pull them up…lol.

I’ve had to call so many different customer service places lately at work that I can soooooo relate to what you’re saying. I just love spinning my wheels.

That’s probably a post for the current service company. They help with service calls for furnaces and air conditioners. The “sales mode” is answering the phone with a suggestive opening, like the McDonalds upsell, “Would you like fried with that?” You’ve been jinxed too much by the telcos we’ve worked for in the past, who care nothing for their customers, as opposed to caring nearly nothing.

You need wheels if you’re gonna live in OMO, though.

Just remember when you apply, to mention that I referred you so that you can make me rich! Also, in case you’re serious, the online application is http://www.work4abs.com And, are you sure that the service is good? I get erratic and crappy page loads on websites I visit. I get throttling on uploads when I file share. Their phone service is not any different than the POTS I had with Aliant, but the price is the same too. I just don’t know why I’m being charged $140/month for the services that I’m getting.

The service is great as far as the product goes. It’s the crappy cold heartedness that they show to their customers.

Spam Karma must not like the server they run at work.
Anything with an invalid java header or anything posted from a shelled server will probably be caught.

I canned Askimet because it would waste SQL Loads on junk.
SK2 seems a bit more user friendly.

I’ll give you a 100% rank, just let me know when it happens again Corey.

As for trying to resubmit, WP has a timer and a double post thingy.

But Hey! Thanks for having that extra fun for me.

If I wasn’t on the phone for so long today, I would have been able to look up some info on Sueing work for Pain and Suffering. Last friday, came home sick again. Maybe they’ll try and fire me and I’ll be knocking on your door or something. LOL

I tried to post earlier today but the comment didn’t take from work. I clicked the submit button a second time and wordpress told me that I already commented. Its not here. Oh well.

I’ve been re-thinking my decision to give Rogers all my communications business over a screw up by Aliant. They haven’t really been that bad to me in comparison to the stunts that the overpriced Rogers can pull.

I just might eat it and go back to the other evil entity. At least they give you a bit of leeway.
