Yay It`s Monday!

I can relate to Kitty Cat. Especially today when I'll be taking the day off to go see my Doctor for a follow up on the test that I took a couple of weeks ago. More on that later maybe.
So I won't be going in to enjoy this fine day at work on my new super duper schedule. Yea, that's right. This new schedule guarantees that I'll have no life outside of work what so ever! This is so great! Now I can enjoy Mondays even more now that I'll be going into work at 12pm and staying there till 8:30pm!
Who says life is mean? Who wouldn't want to spend 5 days a week of their life enjoying the life of making some big wig rich while you work your ass of for them?
It's a good thing that being told that my seniority at work will guarantee me a shift of my choice, and that the people with accommodations from their doctors won't effect my bid on the shift, that I would want to bid on. How silly of me for trying to bid on a 9am – 5:30pm shift anyway. How silly of me for believing management was telling me the truth.
At least I'm glad I can count on being lied to all the time by management. Their lies fill me up with that warm fuzzy feeling of hope. It's really awesome when that hope gets ripped right out of my chest with one quick slash of them fantastic management-lying claws.
Starting at noon makes it so I have to wait longer to get into work, fortunately there's nothing I can do during that time because if I had to do errands of any type, the 2-3 hours in the morning wouldn't be long enough to get anything done, especially when I have to factor in actually getting ready for work.
Oh yes, this new shift is going to be so grand! I can't wait to get back to work on Tuesday! I think I'm going to like this new shift so much, I might just start an hour or two earlier each day to get that extra cash that I won't be able to spend on things like entertainment. Who needs entertainment when you're going to spend a lot of your time either getting ready for work, getting to work, at work, or just waiting for work. YAY!
Hip-hip! Hooray! IT'S MONDAY!

Doesn’t sound like you have much to look forward to this week
Hope you have good news from the doctor. Will be thinking of you.

Not just this week. The next 3 months is more like it.
That is if I don’t quit before that.

I forgot about the seniority thing. You must be just about alone now as one of the first group in the building. Who’s left? Jeff? Anyone else?

Get this Corey, they only had 2 slots open for each shift starting at 9 – 10 – and 11am.
There’s a few Cable Tech positions posted on the Job Bank that’ll see my resume.

That’s why I gave my notice on January 18, 2006, advising that I was not going to work for them after January 28, 2006.

Hopefully I can do the same, I just need to make sure I have backup employment though.
